If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items so we can rectify any problems. We believe in creating exceptional products that ensure safety and style for you and your pooches.
Any items that are faulty upon arrival are entitled to a refund, provided the customer sends photographic evidence which proves the fault.
We cannot accept refunds on any items which have been damaged by the customer. All returns must be in the same condition as received.
If you have ordered the incorrect size or item, we may be able to offer an exchange in some circumstances but this will be at the customers expense to make any changes down to discrepancies (product, styles, postage etc).
No product is indestructible. Ensure that your items are fully dried after any exposure to water as this will prevent rusting to the hardware. This also includes checking the strength of all d-rings, buckles & clasps.
For safety reasons DO NOT leave a pet unattended or unsupervised wearing any of our products.
If you have received the goods you are liable to cover the costs of returning any items to us. If you request a refund, we will make the reimbursement using the same method of payment you used for the initial transaction. All items must be sent back to us as a tracked parcel.
All of our parcels are sent with tracking information, if you need to raise any concerns of missing information please do not hesitate contact us.
